IT TECH SUPPORT CONSULTANT TIER I
Position Available
Primary Responsibilities:

Receive customer trouble calls, manage tickets, determine critical level of the situation and enter customer problem information on the system.

Follow up and perform level 1 customer support procedures.

Provide detailed situation report for unsolved tickets and escalate to Level 2 or 3 Support if necessary.

Monitor customer alarms from the Networks Monitoring System when is necessary.

Perform preventive maintenance for customers when necessary.
-
Configures components and associated services.
-
Sets up and maintains equipment operations.
-
Responds to needs and questions of customers concerning their equipment's.
Qualifications
-Bachelor's degree in Computer Science
-One year of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience
-Network + or A+ Preferably
